1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as local storage (for example, to remember your cookie choices), pixels, SDKs in the mobile app, and scripts that collect usage or measurement data. Together we refer to these as "cookies" unless we specify otherwise.

2. How you control analytics (GDPR-style consent)

When you first visit our website, we show a cookie banner. Strictly necessary cookies and storage needed to operate the site (for example, session or security-related cookies, and storing your consent choice) are used without consent where permitted by law. Analytics and measurement tools (listed in section 4) are only loaded if you choose Accept analytics. You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings in the footer (or equivalent link), which reopens the banner.

3. Strictly necessary (always on where required)

• Authentication & session: cookies or tokens used to keep you signed in securely (for example, via our auth provider / session cookies).
• Security & abuse prevention: tokens used with challenge providers (for example, Cloudflare Turnstile on forms) to protect against bots.
• Consent storage: a value in localStorage recording your analytics preference so we do not ask on every visit.
• App operation: platform storage needed for the app to function (for example, secure storage for session-related data on mobile, where used).

4. Optional — only with "Accept analytics"

If you consent, we may load the following categories of tools on the website:

• Google Analytics / Tag (measurement): to understand traffic, campaigns, and site performance. IDs and configuration follow our implementation in code (measurement ID used with Next.js third-parties integration).
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel: conversion and advertising measurement relating to our campaigns.
• Zoho PageSense: session replay / heatmaps / optimisation where deployed — treated as analytics and loaded only after consent on the web.

On the mobile app, separate SDKs or equivalent tools may apply; you can typically limit tracking via device settings (for example, Apple App Tracking Transparency or Google advertising settings) in addition to any in-app controls we provide.

5. Functional / communications (may run without analytics consent)

We may use tools that help us support you or deliver service messages, for example live chat (such as Tawk) or push notifications (such as OneSignal) where integrated. Depending on jurisdiction, some uses may be considered strictly necessary for the service you request, or may rely on legitimate interests; where required, we will obtain consent. You can often block or limit these via browser or device settings, but some features may not work without them.
