Evriday Moni Lottery – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Evriday Moni online lottery gaming platform (the "Platform"), owned and operated by Raffle Lottery Investments Limited ("RLI", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering, purchasing a ticket, or participating in any draw on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. DEFINITIONS

Player/User: Any individual accessing or using the Platform to purchase tickets or participate in available draws.

Draws: Lottery games available on the Platform, including Quick Jackpot, Daily Jackpot, and Grand Jackpot.

Ticket: A digital proof of entry into a lottery draw.

Winnings: Any prize won by a Player based on the outcome of a draw.

Wallet: The Player's e-wallet within the App used to deposit funds and withdraw winnings.

2. ELIGIBILITY

  1. You must be 18 years or older to play.
  2. You must be a resident of Nigeria or legally permitted to participate according to Nigerian laws.
  3. By using the Platform, you confirm that the identification and contact details provided are accurate.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  1. To participate, users must create an account on the Platform.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  3. RLI reserves the right to request KYC verification at any stage.
  4. Multiple accounts per person are not allowed.

4. TICKETS AND PARTICIPATION

  1. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  2. All ticket purchases are final once confirmed.
  3. A ticket is only valid for the specific draw it was purchased for.
  4. Quick Jackpot draws run once the pool reaches 250 tickets; Daily Jackpot is drawn at 6:00 PM daily; Grand Jackpot is drawn every Sunday.

5. WINNINGS AND PAYOUTS

  1. Winners are determined strictly based on the results of the draw.
  2. Winnings will be credited to the Player's in-app wallet.
  3. Players may withdraw winnings to their registered bank account.
  4. RLI reserves the right to verify winners before payout.
  5. Any unclaimed winnings after 180 days may be forfeited.

6. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

  1. Playing the lottery is a form of entertainment and should be done responsibly.
  2. RLI encourages players to set personal gaming limits.
  3. If you suspect gambling addiction, stop playing immediately and seek support.

7. FRAUD, SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY AND BANNED CONDUCT

  1. Any form of fraud, manipulation, hacking, or cheating will result in immediate account suspension.
  2. RLI reserves the right to void tickets suspected of fraudulent purchase.
  3. Use of bots, scripts, or automated gaming tools is prohibited.

8. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY & TECHNICAL ISSUES

  1. RLI does not guarantee uninterrupted Platform availability.
  2. In the case of system errors during a draw, RLI may postpone or rerun the draw.
  3. RLI is not liable for losses resulting from delays, network failure, or third-party service interruptions.

9. DATA PRIVACY

  1. Player information is stored and processed in accordance with applicable Nigerian data protection laws.
  2. RLI will not sell or share personal information with third parties except where required by law.

10. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

RLI reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
