Delete Account

Request deletion of your Evriday Moni account and associated personal data.

You can request account deletion from the Evriday Moni app or by contacting our support team. Once your request is received, your account will be marked for deletion and reviewed in line with legal, tax, regulatory, fraud-prevention, and responsible-gaming obligations.

How to request deletion in the app

  1. Open the Evriday Moni app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to your profile or account settings.
  3. Select the delete account option and confirm your request.

If you cannot access your account, email hello@rli.ng using the email address or phone number linked to your account.

What happens next

  • Your account is flagged for deletion after you submit the request.
  • We may contact you to verify ownership before completing the request.
  • Some records may be retained where required for payments, winnings, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
  • Data that no longer needs to be retained will be deleted or anonymised according to our retention process.
